How We Manufacture
Our Production
Designing
The process begins with product design. Graphic designers and product developers create patterns, logos, colors, and styles using advanced software to meet customer requirements and trends.
Sublimation
High-quality printing techniques are used to transfer designs onto the fabric. In sublimation, heat and pressure fuse the ink directly into the fibers, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting prints.
HeatPress Bed
For logos, numbers, and custom graphics, a heat press machine is used. This step applies vinyl or transfer prints securely onto the fabric with heat and pressure.
Cutting
Once the fabric is prepared, it is cut into panels (sleeves, fronts, backs, collars, etc.) according to the size patterns. Precision cutting ensures accurate fitting of the final product.
EMbroidery
Logos, crests, and detailed designs are added through embroidery machines, giving the sportswear a professional and premium look.
Iron Press
Before final packing, garments go through ironing/pressing to remove wrinkles and give them a clean, finished appearance, ready for quality check and packaging.
